Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: September 9, 2026
Last Updated: September 9, 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the services provided by Warrior CPR and First Aid LLC (“Warrior CPR and First Aid,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including registration for and participation in CPR, First Aid, AED, BLS, and other training courses.

By registering for a class, making a payment, using our website, participating in our services, or allowing an agency or organization to register you for training, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Class Registration

Registration for a class is not considered complete until the registration information has been received and any required payment or agency billing arrangement has been confirmed by Warrior CPR and First Aid LLC.

Class spaces may be limited. Once a registration has been completed, a space may be reserved specifically for the registered participant.

By registering for a class, either individually or through an agency, employer, organization, or other entity, you agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for us to administer your registration and training.

2. Individual Registrations and Payment

Participants who register for a class individually are generally required to pay for the class at the time of registration unless Warrior CPR and First Aid LLC has expressly approved another arrangement in advance.

Individual participants are responsible for providing accurate payment information and completing payment according to the terms presented during registration.

Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the registration or other collection efforts permitted by law.

3. Agency, Employer, or Organization Registrations

Warrior CPR and First Aid LLC may allow agencies, employers, governmental entities, businesses, schools, organizations, or other entities (“Agency”) to schedule or register participants for training without requiring payment before the class.

When an Agency has an established billing arrangement with Warrior CPR and First Aid LLC, the Agency may be invoiced after the class has been completed.

An Agency's ability to receive an invoice after training is a business arrangement between Warrior CPR and First Aid LLC and that Agency. It does not automatically apply to individual registrations or to individuals who have not been properly authorized by the Agency.

Agency Payment Responsibility

When an Agency schedules or sponsors a participant's training, the Agency is expected to pay the applicable invoice according to the payment terms provided by Warrior CPR and First Aid LLC.

If an Agency fails or refuses to pay for a participant's services, disputes that the participant was authorized to attend, denies that the participant was affiliated with the Agency, or otherwise refuses responsibility for the participant's training, Warrior CPR and First Aid LLC reserves the right to seek payment directly from the individual participant who received the services.

By participating in a class through an Agency, the participant acknowledges that the Agency's payment arrangement does not guarantee that the participant will never be personally responsible for the cost of the services.

If the Agency does not pay and the participant becomes responsible for the balance, the participant will be billed for the applicable services at the rate in effect for the training received.

The participant may not avoid responsibility for payment solely by stating that an Agency was expected to pay when the Agency has denied responsibility or refused payment.

4. Agency Invoicing and Late Fees

Unless a different payment arrangement has been agreed to in writing, Agency invoices are expected to be paid according to the payment terms stated on the invoice.

If an Agency invoice remains unpaid for more than sixty (60) days from the invoice due date, Warrior CPR and First Aid LLC may assess a 10% late fee on the outstanding unpaid balance.

The 10% late fee may be added to the outstanding balance after the account reaches 60 days past due.

Warrior CPR and First Aid LLC reserves the right to suspend future agency billing privileges, require payment before additional classes are scheduled, or take other lawful collection measures when an Agency has substantially overdue accounts.

Nothing in this section requires Warrior CPR and First Aid LLC to continue extending credit or post-class billing privileges to an Agency.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

24-Hour Cancellation Requirement

If you are unable to attend a class, you must provide Warrior CPR and First Aid LLC with at least twenty-four (24) hours' notice before the scheduled class start time.

Notice must be provided through an official communication method provided by Warrior CPR and First Aid LLC, such as email, telephone, or text message when accepted by the Company.

The cancellation notice must be received at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the class.

No-Show Policy

Payments for a class are non-refundable when a participant fails to attend the scheduled class without providing at least 24 hours' notice.

A participant who does not attend a class and does not provide the required 24-hour cancellation notice will be considered a “no-show.”

No-shows are not entitled to a refund.

This policy applies whether the class was paid for by the individual participant, an Agency, employer, organization, or another party.

Late Cancellation

A cancellation made less than 24 hours before the scheduled class start time may be treated as a no-show and may be non-refundable.

Warrior CPR and First Aid LLC may, at its discretion, allow a participant to reschedule after a late cancellation. Rescheduling is not guaranteed and may be subject to an additional fee.

6. Rescheduling

Participants who provide at least 24 hours' notice that they cannot attend may request to reschedule for another available class.

Rescheduling is subject to:

  • Availability
  • Applicable course requirements
  • Any difference in course pricing
  • Any applicable administrative or rescheduling fee

A request to reschedule does not guarantee placement in a particular class.

If a participant fails to attend the rescheduled class, the Company's no-show policy will apply.

7. Company Cancellations or Schedule Changes

Warrior CPR and First Aid LLC reserves the right to cancel, postpone, relocate, or reschedule a class when reasonably necessary, including because of:

  • Instructor availability
  • Severe weather
  • Facility problems
  • Safety concerns
  • Low enrollment
  • Equipment issues
  • Emergencies
  • Events beyond the Company's reasonable control

If Warrior CPR and First Aid LLC cancels a class, the Company will make reasonableefforts to notify registered participants and, where appropriate, provide an opportunityto reschedule or receive a refund.

This section does not limit any rights a participant may have under applicable law.

8. Late Arrival

Participants are expected to arrive on time and prepared to participate.

Certain certification courses have mandatory attendance, skills demonstrations, testing, or instructional requirements. Arriving late may prevent a participant from completing the course.

If a participant arrives too late to complete the required training, the participant may be required to reschedule.

A late arrival that prevents course completion may be treated as a missed class, and the applicable cancellation and no-show policies may apply.

9. Course Completion and Certification

Completion of a course does not automatically guarantee certification.

Participants must satisfy all applicable requirements established by Warrior CPR and First Aid LLC and, where applicable, the relevant certification organization or governing body.

Requirements may include:

  • Attendance
  • Participation
  • Skills demonstrations
  • Written or electronic examinations
  • Practical examinations
  • Successful completion of required training activities
  • Other requirements established by the applicable certification organization

Certification cards, certificates, or other credentials will be issued only when allapplicable requirements have been successfully completed.

10. Certification Organizations

Some courses may be conducted under the standards, guidelines, or certification requirements of a third-party organization.

Examples may include the American Heart Association, American Red Cross, American Safety & Health Institute, Health & Safety Institute, or another applicable organization.

Third-party certification organizations may establish requirements concerning course completion, testing, skills performance, instructor qualifications, certification cards, renewal periods, or other matters.

Participants agree to comply with applicable requirements of the organization associated with their course.

11. Training Does Not Constitute Medical Advice

CPR, First Aid, AED, BLS, and other courses provided by Warrior CPR and First Aid LLC are educational and training services.

Training provided by the Company does not constitute medical diagnosis, medical treatment, or individualized medical advice.

  • Meet course prerequisites when applicable
  • Notify the Company of relevant accessibility or accommodation needs when reasonably possible

Warrior CPR and First Aid LLC may remove a participant from a class for disruptive, threatening, abusive, unsafe, or inappropriate conduct.

Removal from a class due to participant misconduct generally does not entitle the participant to a refund.

13. Physical Participation

Certain courses require physical participation, including kneeling, bending, performing chest compressions, rescue breathing, using training equipment, or performing other skills.

Participants are responsible for determining whether they are physically able to participate safely.

Participants should inform the instructor before training begins if they have a condition or limitation that may affect their ability to participate safely.

Reasonable accommodations may be considered where required by applicable law and when they do not fundamentally alter the course requirements or create an undue hardship or safety risk.

14. Training Materials and Intellectual Property

Course materials, instructional content, handouts, photographs, videos, graphics, logos, website content, and other materials provided by Warrior CPR and First Aid LLC may be protected by copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property laws.
